Bob Dwyer was the New South Wales State Manager of Migration Services for the ANZ Banking Group Ltd, one of Australia's four major Banks, from 1987 until 1998. During this period at ANZ Bank, Bob travelled extensively to many countries throughout Asia as well as to South Africa and United Kingdom to source new clients for the bank from individuals seeking to migrate to Australia.
